This concert ranks in my top 3 right behind Kanye's YEEZUS tour and Mac Millers Blue Slide Park Tour and while both of those hold sentimental value for me The Free Larry Hoover Concert was a one of those once in a lifetime experiences.

Zack and I purchased tickets in the nose bleeds and showed up almost 2 hours early ( which if you've ever been to a Ye concert before is REALLY early) and almost immediately after looking at the stage at I looked at Zack and said " Just follow my lead and don't stare or make eye contact with any of the security guards direct eye contact is a sign of guilt" to which he responded " Oh fuck okay"

We proceeded to sit in the very front seats located in the VIP section and did our best to look like we belonged when I noticed one security guard who wasn't wearing gloves on what just happened to be one of the coldest nights in December kept blowing into his hands to keep them warm.

I offered him my gloves to which he said are these your seats and I responded " No but is there any chance we could just sit here until the owners of these seats get here we promise to leave back once they get here"

Y'all those owners never fucking came until damn near the end of the concert and we just moved to next empty seats and as we're watching YE perform hit after hit after hit the security guard and I locked eyes and he couldn't help but smile and give a you're welcome head nod.
