Brandon Rodriguez is a Los Angeles–based Creative Artist, Executive Assistant, and Brand Partnerships executive whose career has been built at the intersection of storytelling, entertainment, luxury hospitality, and strategic partnerships. Under the three-year mentorship of Shia LaBeouf, Brandon honed his craft in acting, producing, and performance art while developing a deep appreciation for authentic storytelling and the creative process.
Today, Brandon serves as Head of Community & Strategic Partnerships at Mas Vida Tequila, leading strategic collaborations, experiential activations, and national brand growth initiatives. He also serves as Head of Membership at The Magic Castle, overseeing membership operations and elevating the experience at one of the world’s most iconic private clubs.
In addition, Brandon serves as Executive Assistant and Brand Partnerships Lead for Cat Darling Agency, supporting high-level creative partnerships, live experiences, and culturally driven brand campaigns across entertainment, hospitality, and lifestyle.
