Project Overview
In this project, the focus is on coordinating large-scale entertainment and cultural experiences from AGBO film festivals and industry screenings to award shows at The Magic Castle and live theatrical productions with Shia LaBeouf. Each event involves cross-departmental collaboration, creative production oversight, and hospitality management to ensure a flawless, engaging experience for audiences and participants alike.

EVENTS
Overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events that merge film, culture, and community engagement. Each production requires a balance of creative collaboration, operational precision, and logistical excellence from coordinating screenings and award shows to facilitating studio partnerships and cultural showcases.
Sacred Spectacle
Produced and co-directed Sacred Spectacle, an immersive performance experience exploring the intersection of ritual, art, and identity. The project combined live music, movement, and visual storytelling to reimagine sacred ceremony through a modern cultural lens. I oversaw production logistics, creative coordination, artist relation, and audience engagement, ensuring the event delivered both artistic depth and cinematic atmosphere.
SLAMDANCE
Worked directly with AGBO’s operations team to organize event logistics for the Slamdance Film Festival partnership. Responsibilities included coordinating setup, managing production details, and adapting quickly to fast-paced changes throughout the event. The focus was on maintaining alignment between departments while ensuring a professional, studio-quality presentation environment.
TDE x AGBO LENS
Through industry connections, I partnered with TDE Films to organize a special screening for the debut short film festival of director Britt Banks. I assisted with asset transfers, communications, and cross-team coordination with AGBO’s events and production departments to ensure a seamless screening experience that celebrated emerging talent in independent cinema.
5711 Avalon
Produced with Slauson Rec Theater Company in a vacant South LA lot, 5711 Avalon is an immersive drive-in style theater performance created in direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I managed on-site coordination and team logistics working closely with senior creatives, supporting actor needs, and implementing health and safety-protocols for outdoor staging. This production honored frontline workers and community resilience, blending live performance, multimedia design, and socially distanced audience staging to deliver a bold and timely experience.
The Magic Castle AMA AWARDS
For the past four years, I’ve been contracted to organize The Magic Castle AMA Awards, a 1,600 person annual event honoring excellence in magic and performance. I oversee every phase of production from event logistics and venue coordination to catering, staging, merch set up, and talent supervision. Each year’s show blends precision, spectacle, and tradition, bringing together members, performers, and special guests for one of Hollywood’s most prestigious evenings.
