All Hands meetings
Coordinating AGBO’s company-wide All Hands meetings requires a balance of precision, communication, and creative direction. Each session brings together over 100 employees from production teams to executive leadership for quarterly updates, project showcases, and culture-building moments. Being apart of the operations team we oversee every stage of preparation, from managing agendas and scheduling to curating catering and hospitality logistics. Each setup is tailored to reflect AGBO’s collaborative spirit, ensuring seamless execution and a polished, cinematic atmosphere that mirrors the studio’s identity.
Board of Director Meetings
At The Magic Castle, I was responsible for the coordination and execution of Board of Director meetings events requiring the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. I organized zoom meetings, agendas, prepared presentation materials, and managed communications between the Board, executive leadership, and staff.
Catering
Assist in overseeing catering arrangements, meeting setups, and hospitality needs to create an elevated environment suitable for distinguished employees, investors, and industry talent. These meetings often blended business and legacy stewardship, preserving AGBO & The Magic Castle’s charm while maintaining executive-level operational standards.
