As The Administrative Assistant and Charity Coordinator my responsibilities included. . Scheduling and coordinated meetings, appointments, purchases and travel arrangements. for the general manager, president, and members/performers of The Magic Castle . Delegated with organizing 350-person awards event responsibilities included: Scouting. different hotels, venues, and theaters. Organizing catering, parking, food and beverage. Coordinating with performers, honorees, and members by booking flights, travel, and hotel accommodations. . Assisting director of membership and GM in setting up Board of Director meetings, ensuring all parties have their Bi-weekly reports and meeting's agenda. . Appointed as Charity Donations Coordinator and responsible for communicating with members and charitable organizations all over the world in donating/redeeming over. 20,000 Charity Certificate's annually. . Enhancing the president’s and corporation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests & exploring opportunities that created value to The Magic Castle . Entrusted with exceeding membership expectations by providing all members with their membership packets, identification, and necessary materials when visiting The Castle. . Assisting Human Resources with the on boarding of new employees by retrieving and mailing confidential records and distributing new hire materials
