AGBO is the independent, artist-led studio founded by acclaimed filmmakers Anthony and Joe Russo known for producing bold, character-driven stories across film, TV, and interactive media.

Key Contributions:

• Provide administrative support to two Senior VPs of Film, including calendar management, call coordination, and talent/industry communication with agents, executives, and key stakeholders.

• Represent AGBO at the front desk, delivering white-glove hospitality to high-profile visitors, producers, and VIP guests.

• Contribute weekly in Operations meetings with the company’s VP, offering logistical insights into timelines, workflows, and departmental updates.

• Supported the development and creative direction of AGBO’s global 48-hour short film festival, helping design prompts that inspire filmmakers worldwide.

• Assisted the marketing team with planning and execution of major events including Q&A panels, screenings, and influencer-based campaigns.

• Provided high-level desk coverage for Executive Assistants supporting the President of Interactive Technology, SVP of IP & Development, SVP of Production, Chief Marketing Offficer, and Chief Financial Officer, ensuring proactive communication across all internal and external teams.
